Estimate

Tell us the property and the date

Use this form when the job is not a standard visit. We will come back with timing and whether the inspection fee, deposit, or flat-rate plan fits.

Questions

What is the difference between the three plans?

The Inspection Fee pays for a standard visit and report. The Deposit Plan holds a date and is applied to the fee. The Flat-Rate Service Plan is one price for a full visit when the scope is already agreed.

Do I need an estimate first?

Send an estimate if the property is large, commercial, or unusual. For a typical single-family home, you can pay the inspection fee or the flat-rate plan now.

How do I pay?

All payments run through Whop Payments on this site. We do not take payment by other processors.

When do I get the report?

After the on-site visit. Timing depends on the property; most residential reports follow within one to two business days.
